2. Orders and Pricing

4. Minimum order lengths for cut fabrics are specified in individual product descriptions.

3. Payment

2. Orders will be processed and prepared for shipping only after full payment or deposit confirmation, as required by the chosen order conditions.

4. Shipping and Delivery

1. We offer domestic and international delivery via standard postal and courier services.
2. Delivery costs and estimated transit times are calculated based on the rates of the selected shipping carrier and are paid by the Customer unless stated otherwise during promotional offers.
3. The Store is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party logistics services, customs clearance procedures, or unexpected carrier issues in the destination country.

5. Returns and Exchanges

1. Custom-cut Items (Fabrics, Ribbons, Lace, etc.): Items cut to order according to custom lengths specified by the Customer are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Standard Non-cut Goods and Accessories: Unused items in their original, undamaged packaging (that have not been cut or altered) may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they retain their original condition and are accompanied by proof of purchase.
3. Defects and Order Discrepancies: In the event of a manufacturing defect or if you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order with photographic or video evidence. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund for the affected items.

6. Intellectual Property

1. All content on fabricsocean.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements, is the property of Fabrics Ocean or used under license and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
2. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the site’s content without prior written permission from Fabrics Ocean is strictly prohibited.
